Gearbox Assembly Design
Made 3D models of the gears, shafts and housing in SolidWorks. Assembled the parts using proper mates and constraints so alignment and fitment were correct. Prepared 2D engineering drawings with accurate dimensions and design details. Studied how gears, shafts, bearings and housing work together for smooth power transmission.

Dual Axis Solar Tracking System · Team Project
Built a system that automatically turns the solar panel in two axes to follow the sun. Worked on the mechanical structure, fabrication, assembly and integration of the tracking mechanism. Connected Arduino Uno, servo motors, LDR sensors and PVC components for automatic tracking. Tested the prototype, fixed problems and improved tracking accuracy and stability.
