For Job Seekers:

• Account Information: Name, email, phone number, password (encrypted)
• Profile Data: Resume/CV content, work experience, education, skills
• Application Data: Job applications, cover letters, screening responses

For Employers:

• Account Information: Company name, representative name, email, phone
• Company Data: Description, industry, size, location
• Job Postings: Titles, descriptions, requirements, salary ranges
• Billing Information: Payment details processed securely (we don't store card numbers)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system
• Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, time on platform
• Cookies: Session, preference, and analytics cookies

2.3 Google Drive Integration

When you connect Google Drive to import resumes:

• We only access files you explicitly select for import
• OAuth tokens are stored encrypted
• We do NOT access your entire Drive or unselected files

• Match candidates with relevant job opportunities
• Process applications and facilitate communication
• Generate hiring analytics and reports

3.2 AI Processing

We use artificial intelligence for:

Data sent to AI providers is anonymized. AI providers do not use this data for model training.

• File storage: Encrypted cloud storage for documents
• Backups: Regular encrypted backups with geographic redundancy

4.2 Retention Periods

• Active accounts: Duration of account + 30 days after deletion
• Inactive accounts: 2 years of inactivity, then deleted
• Billing records: 7 years (tax/legal compliance)
• System logs: 90 days

When you connect Google Drive:

• Files are read once during import for processing
• Google user data is used ONLY for resume import functionality
• You can disconnect at any time from Settings
