1. Introduction

Welcome to HiringAnt ("we," "our," or "us"). HiringAnt is an AI-powered recruitment platform designed to streamline the hiring process for Employers and Job Seekers through advanced algorithms, resume parsing, and automated screening tools.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts and Roles

2.1 For Job Seekers (Candidates)

• Free Access: The Job Seeker platform is 100% free to use
• Resume Parsing: You agree to have your uploaded resume parsed by our AI to extract skills, experience, and education data
• AI Matching: Our AI will use your profile data to match you with relevant job opportunities
• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your profile information is accurate and truthful

2.2 For Employers (Clients)

• Job Postings: You may post job vacancies which will be distributed to our candidate pool
• AI Screening: You acknowledge that our AI Screening and AI Score features are decision-support tools only
• Hiring Decisions: You retain full responsibility for all hiring decisions
• Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring job posting information is accurate

3. Subscription and Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Current prices for every plan are shown on our pricing page, which is the authoritative source; the tiers themselves are:

For Employers

• Free Plan: 2 active job postings, 30 AI screenings/month, 100 applications/month
• Pro Plan: Unlimited jobs, screenings, applications, auto-email & scheduling. Billed monthly or annually.
• Enterprise: Custom pricing for organizations requiring SLAs or white-label options

For Job Seekers

• Free: Browsing and applying to jobs, tracking applications and building a resume are free and require no card. A limited number of AI job-discovery searches and mock interview runs are included.
• Career Pro: An optional upgrade sold as a one-off purchase of a fixed term (not an auto-renewing subscription), which adds unlimited AI mock interviews, unlimited job searches and Job Agents. Buying while a term is running extends it rather than replacing it.

4. AI Technology Disclaimer

• Third-Party Models: We utilize AI language models from established providers for processing
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI models can make errors. Verify critical information independently
• Bias Mitigation: We design our systems to minimize bias, but cannot guarantee complete elimination
• Human Oversight: AI recommendations are suggestions; final decisions remain with users

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Post non-existent or fake job opportunities
• Scrape candidate data or use the platform for marketing/spam
• Reverse engineer our AI matching algorithms or systems
• Share login credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass security measures

6. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, design, and technology are owned by HiringAnt/Dyaus Tech Pvt. Ltd.
• You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job postings, etc.)
• By submitting content, you grant us license to use it for providing our services

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policies are detailed in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period once active.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIRINGANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HiringAnt and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
