Designed and developed an ML+LLM-based e-commerce ad optimization system using RAG (FAISS), LangChain, Hugging Face, and Groq LLaMA3. Extracted and analyzed real-world Amazon Best Seller data for keyword discovery, ad targeting, product ranking, and competition analysis. Built bid prediction and ad performance models using XGBoost with production-ready deployment using MLflow, Docker, Render, and GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows.
Workforce Operations Intelligence Platform - HRMS Portal
Built an AI-powered HR operations platform with ATS resume analysis, AI recruiter summaries, recruitment workflow automation, onboarding intelligence, and SLA monitoring using FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Regex, Next.js, and Groq LLM. Implemented operational alerts, interview/onboarding mail automation, candidate lifecycle tracking, and executive dashboards using Groq API, SQLAlchemy, Tailwind CSS, and FastAPI-Mail.
Japanese Learning Assistant Chatbot
Developed an AI+RAG-based Japanese learning assistant trained on real JLPT syllabus datasets for grammar, kanji, vocabulary, and translation support. Implemented BERT-based JLPT classification, multilingual translation models, FAISS retrieval, and conversational memory with chat history support. Integrated Hugging Face models, Groq APIs, Docker, and Streamlit to deliver an interactive and personalized NLP learning experience.
