The platform supports Job Seeker, Employer, and Admin workflows, including job posting, job search and filtering, online applications, resume management, interview scheduling, and notifications. Implemented an NLP-based resume screening system using NLTK for text preprocessing, TF-IDF for text vectorization, and Cosine Similarity to compare resumes with job descriptions and generate candidate-job matching scores. Developed RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js, integrated MongoDB for data management, implemented role-based authentication and authorization, and deployed the application using Vercel, Render, and MongoDB Atlas.
