Business Analyst Intern
Worked with the HR department to consolidate data from multiple departmental sources into a single view for an internal HR Analytics Dashboard initiative. Documented existing data and process workflows across departments to support the company’s move toward centralized HR reporting, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world data integration challenges.
Projects
Sales & Customer Analytics Dashboard
Built an end-to-end analytics pipeline: cleaned and standardized raw sales CSV data in Python, loaded it into SQL, and built an interactive Power BI dashboard tracking revenue, churn, and customer segmentation KPIs.
Customer Support Email Automation
Built a multi-agent AI pipeline to classify incoming emails and auto-generate context-aware replies using RAG and Google’s Gemini API, deploying the pipeline as a FastAPI service with Gmail API integration.
