Vionyx PolicyBot
Built a RAG-based AI assistant using LangChain, FAISS, and LLM for document-based query handling. Implemented embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval pipeline for contextual responses. Designed a retrieval pipeline to fetch relevant context and generate accurate responses using a Hugging Face LLM. Developed query handling logic with source citation and chat interface. Deployed on cloud with email-based help request feature.
Automated News Classification
Developed a multi-class text classification system to categorize news articles into predefined categories. Implemented NLP pipeline including preprocessing, feature extraction (TF-IDF), and model training. Trained and compared multiple models to select the most suitable approach. Built a FastAPI-based service for real-time news classification. Deployed the system on AWS, enabling scalable and efficient model serving.
