About

I am a 2026 B.Tech graduate applying for the DevOps Engineer position at FossGen Technologies. I have built four DevOps projects on AWS, including a Jenkins pipeline that brought a release down from several hours to a few minutes.

Projects4

  • End-to-End CI/CD Pipeline for Java Web Application

Set up a Jenkins pipeline that pulls the code from GitHub, builds it with Maven, saves the artifact in S3 and deploys the WAR file to Tomcat on an Ubuntu EC2 server. Automated the build and deployment steps, so a release that used to take hours now takes only minutes. Wrote the pipeline as code so every release runs the same way, and stored credentials in Jenkins instead of in the code.

  • Secure Multi-Application Deployment on Kubernetes

Deployed four applications on a Kubernetes cluster built with KOPS on AWS. Each app runs 3 replicas with liveness, readiness and startup probes. Used one ALB, created by the AWS Load Balancer Controller (installed with Helm), and Ingress rules to send each URL path to the correct app. Turned on HTTPS with an ACM certificate, redirected HTTP to HTTPS, and pointed the domain to the ALB with a Route 53 alias record.

  • Multi-Tier Web Application Architecture on AWS

Designed a 3-tier setup in a custom VPC (10.0.0.0/16) with public, private app and private database subnets across two Availability Zones. Placed an ALB with health checks and an Auto Scaling Group in front of the app. Security Groups are chained, RDS is private, and the Bastion Host accepts only my trusted IP.

  • Full-Stack Application Deployment on AWS

Deployed a 3-tier app (React, Node.js, MySQL) on Linux EC2, with Nginx as the reverse proxy and a custom domain on Route 53. Used RDS (MySQL) with ElastiCache (Redis) to take load off the database, and added least-privilege IAM, AWS WAF and CloudWatch alerts.
