Experimental Investigation of Tool Life in High-Speed CNC Machining of Natural Fiber Reinforced Comp
Investigated the effect of machining parameters on tool life during high-speed CNC machining. Evaluated tool wear behavior and surface quality under different cutting conditions. Analyzed machining performance of natural fiber reinforced composite materials. Developed recommendations for improving productivity and reducing tool wear.
Bevel Gear–Based Spring-less Suspension Mechanism
Developed a novel suspension mechanism eliminating conventional coil springs using a bevel-gear system. Analyzed load transfer and stability improvement under varying mechanical loads. Conducted design calculations and conceptual CAD layout. Improved load distribution efficiency using optimized gear configurations.
