Experience1

  1. Java Backend Developer Intern

    Present

    ITechcron Software Solutions

Built and maintained RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA. Optimized SQL queries and database interactions to improve application performance and data retrieval efficiency. Implemented robust exception handling, input validation, and layered architecture enhancing application reliability and maintainability. Tested and validated REST APIs with Postman, collaborating with the development team to debug issues and deliver high-quality backend features.

Projects2

  • Flight Reservation Management System

Developed 20+ RESTful APIs for flight search, booking, passenger management, payment processing, and ticket cancellation using Spring Boot and Hibernate in a layered Controller-Service-Repository architecture. Designed relational database models with JPA mappings across 6+ normalized tables ensuring 100% transactional consistency. Implemented booking validation logic reducing invalid bookings by 90% and optimized MySQL queries improving booking retrieval performance by ~35%.

  • Hospital Management System

Built 25+ REST APIs to manage patients, doctors, appointments, prescriptions, billing, and medical records using Spring Boot and PostgreSQL in a modular layered architecture. Implemented Role-Based Access Control using Spring Security for multiple roles securing endpoints and sensitive data. Enhanced query performance by indexing and optimizing Hibernate queries, reducing response time by nearly 40% on high-traffic endpoints.
