    Built a full-stack ticketing platform to raise, assign, track and resolve IT support tickets end to end. Implemented SLA/TAT tracking with automatic L2 escalation for overdue tickets and a resolution log for every ticket. Secured REST APIs with Spring Security and JWT, enforcing role-based access for 3 roles (User, Agent, Admin). Designed a layered Controller-Service-Repository architecture with Spring Data JPA; added a knowledge base and an MIS dashboard for ticket status and SLA performance.

  • Employee Management System

    Developed a full-stack application with 2 separate modules (Admin and Employee) for managing staff records. Implemented all 4 CRUD operations plus search, with REST APIs in a layered architecture integrated with MySQL via Hibernate/JPA. Added input validation and global exception handling to keep data accurate and the application stable.
