UI/UX Designer at FlexifyMe (featured on Shark Tank India). I redesigned a scheduling screen physiotherapists avoided into one 50+ of them now use every day — by cutting complexity, not adding features. I design the parts of a product people actually use: sharpening hierarchy, removing what slows people down, and turning research into decisions that move the business. At FlexifyMe I own end-to-end design across web, mobile and internal tools — landing pages, platform interfaces and physiotherapy care flows. I joined as a design intern and converted to full-time in January 2026. A few things I've shipped: → Session Calendar redesign — cut 6–9 slot colours down to 3 and rebuilt the information hierarchy from physiotherapist interviews. It went from a screen users avoided to one used daily by 50+ physiotherapists, and the Support and Sales teams adopted it too. → Teleselling Management System — replaced an Excel-heavy lead workflow with a drag-and-drop Kanban board, so non-technical agents can move leads across stages, log call attempts and schedule callbacks from one interface. → FlexifyMe landing experience — rebuilt to feel clinical, AI-driven and trustworthy, so visitors can identify their pain point and book an appointment faster. What makes my process different is the data background underneath it. Alongside design I trained as a Data Analyst (internship) in Python, SQL, Power BI and Tableau — so I'm comfortable defining the metric a design should move, reading the result and iterating, instead of arguing from taste.
