Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research in commercial real estate.
• Identify potential office spaces and coworking opportunities.
• Prepare detailed rental benchmarking reports.
• Coordinate effectively with brokers and landlords.
• Support various business expansion activities.
• Conduct property site visits to assess potential locations.
• Prepare thorough property evaluation reports.
• Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform decisions.
• Maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports and property databases.
• Assist in negotiations and documentation processes.
• Prepare engaging presentations for management review.
• Travel across South India as required for site visits and meetings.

Requirements

• Any Graduate degree.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to engage in fieldwork and travel.
• Genuine interest in Commercial Real Estate.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
