Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your HiringAnt "Pro" subscription at any time via your Employer Dashboard.

• Effect of Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
• No Further Charges: You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• Data Access: After subscription ends, your account reverts to the "Free" plan with limited features
• Data Retention: Your data remains accessible on the Free plan; job postings beyond the free limit will be deactivated

2. Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds for partial use or unused time. However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Eligible for Refunds

• Billing Error: You were charged incorrectly due to our technical error
• Service Outage: Platform was down for 24+ consecutive hours during your billing period
• Accidental Renewal: Contact within 48 hours of renewal AND no premium features were used

Non-Refundable Situations

• Changed your mind after subscribing
• Did not use features during subscription period
• Account banned for violating Terms of Service
• Partial refunds for remaining subscription time

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your transaction details:

• Subject Line: "Refund Request - [Your Company Name]"
• Include: Transaction ID, date of payment, reason for refund request

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing and funds to appear in your bank account.

4. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel within the first 14 days and have not extensively used premium features, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. Contact support for evaluation.

5. Enterprise Plans
