The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success and maintain alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration and communication are key components throughout the day, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and that the applications meet the required standards and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- Strong expertise in financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.- Familiarity with data migration, system upgrades, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
