Summary:

As a Business Analyst or Functional lead, you need to work in business platform eCommerce portal, worked on Retail industry.

Roles & Responsibilities: -The candidate must have eCommerce portal experience. -He/she should have experience in Retail industry. -Should be familiar with the Order management process from an eCommerce platform -Must have experience in IT support projects. Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in eCommerce Platform as Business Analyst for functional support.
• Strong understanding of order management process.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Functional & business process issues in retail industry.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience as a functional analyst or Business Analyst.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
