Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience focusing on AWS and expertise in Terraform. You will play a crucial role in designing and managing scalable infrastructure that supports our development and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform within AWS environments.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate deployment pipelines and infrastructure provisioning.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure security best practices are integrated into infrastructure design and deployment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest AWS and Terraform features and industry trends to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.
• Develop and manage Terraform modules and scripts for AWS resource provisioning.
• Lead infrastructure automation efforts to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into infrastructure solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for infrastructure as code.
• Manage version control and documentation for Terraform configurations.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members in DevOps and infrastructure automation.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in DevOps with a focus on AWS.
• Strong expertise in Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in AWS infrastructure services.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
