Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and efficiency in the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills: Candidate should have exposure to SAP or S/4 test management. ( Mandatory) Ability to lead the team. Good communication and presentation skills to discuss with client in structured way. Defining the Test strategy approach covering – methodologies, deliverables, tools, data, governance Experience with defining the scoping for different test phases covering. o Data requirement o Interfaces test approach. o Experience on API, BTP, Saas product would be advantage. o Roles o Non-functional testing such as print, label, performance test. o Solman tool experience Advantage if person knows Test automation. Should also travel to Pune client location office during colocation ( Not reallocation) at defined frequency.

Additional Information:
