On Pro, import a whole Google Drive folder, pull attachments from a Gmail inbox, or upload files. Sort them into folders by client or role. Anything that is not a résumé (a deck, an invoice, a job description) is turned away at upload.
Open one job per requisition
Post each client requisition as its own job, publicly or not. On Pro there is no limit on jobs, AI screenings or applications, so a new requisition never waits on a quota.
Screen every résumé against it
Each candidate gets a fit score for that requisition, with the evidence it was built from, so a recruiter can see why someone ranks where they do instead of re-reading the pile.
Let the AI interviewer run round one
Candidates take a short, live voice interview any time before your deadline. You get a recording, a timestamped transcript and a 0-100 score. On Pro, invites go out automatically when you shortlist.
Your recruiter decides who goes to the client
Nothing advances until someone on your team clicks Advance or Reject. The AI narrows the pile; the submission is still yours.

Is there a fee per AI interview?
No. No plan caps the number of AI interviews, including the Free plan. Pro adds automatic invites when you shortlist a candidate.
Can we screen résumés we already have, not just applicants?
Yes. Import a Google Drive folder, Gmail attachments or uploaded files, organise them into folders, and match them against any of your open jobs.
How many recruiters can use one account?
Pro includes up to 5 team members. Enterprise has no seat limit and adds custom integration and white-label options.
Do you charge per placement?
No. HiringAnt is a subscription with a free plan. Current Pro and Enterprise terms are on the pricing page.
Does the AI decide who we submit to a client?
No. It scores résumés and interviews and gives a recommendation; a person on your team advances or rejects every candidate.
