    A job form that keeps what you typed

    • A missed payment gets a grace period. Pro keeps working while we remind you, and paying inside that window restores it without a gap.

    For everyone

    • The site is faster on a phone. Pages paint sooner on a mobile connection, and signing in is about twice as quick.

    Fixed

    For employers

    • Editing a job keeps your choices. Employment type, workplace, experience level and salary all load correctly when you edit a live posting.
    • The final step shows the whole posting. Read everything back on the Review screen of the wizard before you publish it.
    • A saved draft comes back whole. Reopening a draft restores every answer you gave, workplace and screening threshold included.

    For everyone

    • Every control announces itself. Buttons, links and sliders across the job forms and the sidebar are named for screen readers, and body text stays legible against its background.

  2. Pay, stated in numbers

    For employers

    • Set pay as a number, not a sentence. Enter a range, a currency and a period, and see exactly how it will read to candidates as you type.
    • Lakh and crore shorthand is understood. Write pay the way you say it and it is stored as a proper figure.
    • Unusual pay gets a second look. A figure far outside a plausible band is reviewed before it reaches the job board.

    • Salary on a job is the employer's own figure. Job cards, job pages and role hubs show the currency, the range and the period exactly as entered.

    For everyone

    • Search results carry pay only when it is certain. Where a figure cannot be stated exactly, Google's job results show the rest of the posting without it.
    • Shared links show a real preview. Blog posts and hub pages bring their title, description and card wherever you paste them.

    • Your public profile shows city, not street. Public pages give your city, region and country only, while your dashboard and your applications are unchanged.

  3. Jobs by role, one page per city

    • Browse jobs by role. Backend Developer, Data Analyst and dozens more roles each have a page gathering every live posting, however the employer titled it.

    • One page per city, whatever it is called. Bengaluru and Bangalore lead to the same place, as does every other pair of names for one city.

    • Company names appear in full. Company pages carry the complete registered name, and hub pages name the brand once in their title.

  4. Career Pro checkout

    • See what is left before you pay. The Career Pro cart shows every step of checkout and where you are in it.
    • A welcome card for new subscribers. It opens with what to do first, so your subscription starts working the same day.
    • One optional question if you leave checkout. Answer it or ignore it — the page never waits on you.

    • The Career Pro page appears immediately. It arrives fully formed, with its real pricing visible in search results too.

    • The sign-up form checks your password first. It asks you to confirm it and says what is wrong before you submit.

    • Email opens are counted once. Campaign figures include readers who open your mail without ever loading its images.

    • Finishing onboarding takes you into the product. If you arrived from a free AI Job Search trial, the résumé already on your account is recognised.

    • Dead addresses are dropped automatically. A mailbox that bounces or reports us is set aside, so nothing else is sent to it.

  6. Screening you can trust

    • A score is always a real score. When screening cannot finish, the candidate is marked unscored so you know to read the résumé yourself.

    For candidates

    • Your profile opens with any phone format. However your number is written, your own profile page displays it.
    • Your personal details stay out of diagnostics. Only what is needed to fix a problem is kept when something goes wrong.

  7. Install the app, and stay signed in

    • HiringAnt installs as an app. Add it to a phone or desktop home screen and keep receiving notifications there.

    • Every bulk email respects your preferences. Your choices are checked before anything is sent, whatever the message.

    • Checkout shows the price you will pay. Promo codes are verified before they are applied, and GST is calculated and shown on the total.

    • Practice interviews open at a fair question. The interviewer reacts to your answer before asking the next one.

    • Paying takes you to what you bought. Checkout finishes on the thing you just paid for.

  9. Practice interviews that sound like the real thing

    • Practice interviews match what you chose. The round sets the topics, the role narrows them, and the seniority you picked decides who is being interviewed.

    • Your verdict and your answers sit together. The improved version of each answer is copyable, and the transcript plays alongside it.

    • Applying works end to end on a phone. The résumé preview loads, the Back button returns you, and a job shares straight from your phone.
    • Every finished interview gets a result. An interview you completed is always scored, and one you never started is not.
    • The interviewer listens. It never repeats a line back to you, and will not ask again about something you have explained.

    • Dialogs are built for a phone. Every pop-up fits the screen and stays usable at a phone's width.
