Job Purpose

We are looking for a Field Recruiter – Manpower Mobilization & Deployment who will be responsible for sourcing blue-collar manpower from the field and ensuring their successful screening, selection, joining and deployment at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily field visit करके candidates/manpower source करना.

• Blue-collar candidates जैसे Rider, Biker, Picker, Packer, Loader, Sorter, Delivery Boy, Van Boy, Material Handler, Helper, Supervisor आदि को source करना.

• Labour points, local markets, references, WhatsApp groups, referral networks और other local sources से manpower mobilize करना.

• Candidates की basic screening और requirement matching करना.

• Candidate documents collect और verify करना.

• Candidates को interview/selection process के लिए coordinate करना.

• Selected candidates की joining और client location पर deployment सुनिश्चित करना.

• Daily joining/deployment target achieve करना.

• No-show candidates को follow-up करके joining करवाना.

• Absenteeism और dropouts के लिए replacement manpower arrange करना.

• Daily sourcing, interview, selection, joining और deployment का MIS maintain करना.

• Client/site team के साथ daily coordination करना.

• Recruitment Manager/Team Leader को daily hiring status report देना.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12th pass preferred.

• 0–3 years experience in field recruitment/manpower hiring preferred.

• Blue-collar/bulk hiring experience will be an advantage.

• Local market और candidate sourcing channels की अच्छी understanding.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Field work करने के लिए comfortable होना चाहिए.

• Smartphone/WhatsApp का basic knowledge.

• Target-oriented और result-driven attitude.

• Local candidates/manpower network होना an advantage.

Salary Structure

Option 1 – Recommended

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month
Travel/Fuel Allowance: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000/month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 – ₹10,000+
Expected Earning: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000+ per month

Incentive Structure

Joining-based incentive:

Example:
If recruiter achieves 60 successful joinings, incentive = approximately ₹4,500.

If recruiter achieves 80 joinings, incentive = approximately ₹8,000.

Special Performance Incentive

For critical/time-sensitive requirements, additional incentive can be offered for achieving the agreed project target.

Example:

Monthly Target: 100 Joinings

• 80–99 = Normal incentive

• 100+ = Additional performance bonus

• 120+ = Higher performance bonus

Important Definition

Successful Joining means the candidate has completed the required joining formalities and has been successfully deployed/reported at the assigned client location.

Reporting

The recruiter will report daily on:

Sourcing → Screening → Interview → Selection → Joining → Deployment → Replacement

A daily MIS will be maintained and shared with the Recruitment/Operations Manager.
