LMS Developer / LMS Technical Support Administrator

Role Overview

We are looking for an LMS Developer / Technical Support Administrator with hands-on experience in LMS administration, backend troubleshooting, SCORM, PHP, databases, and integrations.

The candidate should be able to independently troubleshoot LMS, SCORM, database, API, SSO, server, and application-level issues and identify root causes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer LMS platforms such as Moodle, Opigno, Canvas, Drupal, or similar.
• Upload, configure, test, and troubleshoot SCORM 1.2/2004 packages.
• Troubleshoot course completion, tracking, scoring, enrolment, access, and reporting issues.
• Diagnose backend, database, API, SSO, integration, and server-related issues.
• Work with PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, courses, enrolments, and learning paths.
• Support LMS upgrades, deployment, hosting, and basic server troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with content, ID, and technical teams to resolve issues.

Experience & Qualification

• 3–5+ years of relevant LMS, backend development, or technical support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision.
