Content Aggregator and Coordinator

Role Overview

LCT is looking for freelance Content Aggregators and Coordinators to research, collect, organize, and coordinate learning content for e-learning projects. The ideal candidate should have strong research and content-handling skills, good attention to detail, and a practical understanding of AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and gather relevant content from reliable sources based on project requirements. 

• Collect, organize, and structure content for e-learning development. 

• Review content for accuracy, relevance, completeness, grammar, and consistency. 

• Identify suitable examples, case studies, images, videos, references, and other learning resources. 

• Identify content gaps, duplication, or inconsistencies and highlight them to the relevant team. 

• Maintain content trackers and ensure required inputs, references, and updates are available within timelines. 

• Coordinate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, project managers, and other stakeholders to collect and clarify content requirements. 

• Follow up on pending inputs and support content revisions and version management. 

• Use AI tools for research, content discovery, summarization, organization, and identifying key learning points. 

• Write effective prompts and review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and completeness before use. 

• Validate AI-generated information against reliable sources and use AI responsibly while maintaining content confidentiality. 

• Availability for approximately 3–4 hours during daytime on working days. 

• Availability on all weekdays, not only weekends. 

• Ability to work independently and coordinate with the team as required.

Required Skills

• Strong research, analytical, content organization, and coordination skills. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. 

• Basic understanding of e-learning and Instructional Design. 

• Practical understanding of Generative AI and commonly used AI tools. 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content requirements. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. (Degree in English, Communications, Education, Journalism, Media, or a related field is an added advantage)

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in content research, content coordination, content management, e-learning, publishing, or a similar role. 

• Experience working on e-learning or training content is an added advantage.
