Senior Business Development Executive – Part-Time

We are a content creation company specializing in educational, corporate, and digital learning content, including eLearning storyboards, instructor-led training, video content, and other creative learning solutions.

We are looking for a Part-Time Senior Business Development (BD) Executive to expand our client base and build long-term business relationships.

Key Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in:
  • eLearning course marketing and course creation
  • LMS platforms
  • Educational and digital content creation
  • Video editing/production projects
  • Translation/localization projects
  • Corporate training, EdTech, or publishing

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans.
• Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, email, freelance platforms, cold calling, and networking.
• Reach out to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, quotations, and project scopes.
• Present company capabilities and portfolios to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close deals.
• Maintain client relationships and generate repeat business/referrals.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets and submit regular BD reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong networking, sales, and relationship-building abilities.
• Good understanding of proposal writing, quotation, and project scoping.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is preferred.

Compensation

₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + 1%–5% incentive on business generated.
