Premium Account Executive

About the Job

PhonePe is India's top digital payments company. We help shops and businesses accept digital payments easily using tools like PhonePe QR codes, Smart Speakers, and card machines (POS).

As a Premium Account Executive, you will be the face of PhonePe on the ground. Your main job is to visit local shops, convince them to use PhonePe services, and help grow our business in your assigned area.

What You Will Do:

Find and Add New Shops: Visit local stores, explain PhonePe products, and help them sign up.

Sell PhonePe Devices: Get shops to use our Smart Speakers, card swipe machines, and other payment tools.

Keep Relationships Strong: Stay in touch with shop owners to make sure they use the devices regularly and are happy with our service.

Check the Market: Keep an eye on what competitors are doing and report local market trends back to your team.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 1 to 3 years of field sales or business development experience (experience in banks, fintech, or selling to shops is a big plus).

Education: A Bachelor’s degree.

Skills: Good speaking skills, ability to convince people, and a high energy for working out in the field.
