Why we can interview every candidate who clears screening
Most hiring teams ration first-round interviews, because first rounds are expensive so someone has to guess, from a resume, which eight of eighty applicants deserve a conversation. This is the arithmetic that let us delete that guess: where the money in a voice interview actually goes across four cost centres, which two we removed outright, and why re-sent audio context is 75–85% of an unmanaged interview bill and under 10% of a managed one.
